After making a booking you will receive a confirmation by email. If for any reason you do not receive this, please contact us as soon as possible.

While we consistently maintain high standards of hygiene in our chalet, we have implemented additional steps in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) to make sure everyone can stay healthy and safe. Click here for more information.
Rates (inclusive of GST)
Standard rate (min. stay 2 nights)
$230 per night*
Peak rate (min. stay 3 nights) long weekends/school holidays
$250 per night*
Rates are for up to 2 people.
Extra people $30 per person / per night (up to maximum 4 people)
Rollaway bed – $20 per night (5th person)
Portacot – $10 per stay (please bring own cot linen)

Due to additional measures implemented in response to COVID-19 we can no longer offer one night stays.
A mid-week refresh is available for stays of 4 days or more (upon request), or once per week for longer stays. This is included in the price.
Deposit and Payments
A deposit of 50% will be required to secure your booking.
Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to stay.
If the booking is less than 30 days away, then full payment is required at time of booking.
Check in and Check out Times
Check in is from 2:00 pm and check out is by 10:00 am. (Unless otherwise arranged with the owner).
We would be grateful if you could let us know your approximate time of arrival.
Please ensure all keys are returned on departure.
Cancellation and Change Policy
Changes made to your booking may be charged an administration fee of $30 and is subject to availability.
If cancelled 30-60 days before arrival – 50% of the total amount will be forfeited.
If cancelled 0-30 days before arrival – 100% of the total amount will be forfeited.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover cancellation in case of illness or unforeseen circumstances.
Additional terms due to COVID-19:
If Government restrictions due to COVID-19 make it impossible for you to travel or stay at our accommodation, then we can make alternative arrangements with you for:
A) new dates for a future stay (different rates may apply), or
B) a voucher for a future stay, for the value paid by the guest
C) a full refund of any prepayment/deposit.
